Lets hope the new owners keep it. I see so many "time capsule" houses DESTROYED by the realtor to make the house "more appealing" (i.e like a hospital ward of neutral tones and flat style) and then the new buyers ruin it more.

If I bought that house, I'd undo all that modern junk and put it back to its Brady Bunch ranch style.

Seen those Filtex vacuums in some homes out my way.When they die-usually replaced with a 240V MD Silentmaster unit-15A@240V.Same power as the 30A 120V units-and the 240V ones are actually cheaper to wire.I have asked about the Filtex units at the dealer here-he says the motors in them are gone-so the machine is replaced.Would like it for display since I don't have 30A 120 V to run it.
