Hi all,

I have a simple question about the Sebo Felix. Will it be able to stand upright, unsupported, with the Kombi nozzle or the parquet nozzle attached? After looking at pictures online, I doubt that it can, but I can’t tell for sure.

Thanks!

Hi!

I own the Sebo Felix and both those floor heads and NO the Felix will not stand upright by itself with either of those.

The only time the Felix will stand on it’s own is with the Powered Brushroll, so I just put which of the other two heads on when I need to use them and do my cleaning and if I have to stop I either prop it against a chair or lay it flat on the floor for safety.

So unfortunately that is one thing I am not fond of, but since I know this I just plan around how I clean. I tend to put the Parquet Brush on and vacuum all my hardwood floors. Then I just put the E2-1 Powered Brushroll back on and vacuum my carpeting last.

I hope that answers your questions and if you’d like any pictures of either head on the vacuum, I would be glad to take some and post them.

Patrick

That’s too bad. The Felix seems to be a great bagged, corded stick vac and it would be even better if Sebo could add a design element that would allow it to stand on its own with the regular Kombi carpet nozzle. Maybe some kind of fold-down kick-stand on the body? Kind of like what Dyson used on some of their Ball uprights?

Another related question: does it stand on its own with the floor polisher attachment?

"---some kind of a fold down kick stand---"

Kind of like what Sunbeam used on hose end of brooms with attachment port in back before that.As Tom can verify very few ideas are new.

No the sebo Felix with the combi head is designed to be hung or put in a broom closet. It's no longer sold in the US with that floor tool you have to buy it with the power nozzle now 🤔
Here's a link to a close up picture of a handle where you can see the hangar spot.

Thanks for letting me know! I knew you guys would be able to answer my question.

@vacuumdevil-- I appreciate the picture of the handle. Is that handle not on the US market Felix? Can I still fit a Kombi or Parquet to the US market Felix even though it isn't included? Can these nozzles also fit on the E3 premium? Sorry for having so many questions. lol

@eurekaprince @rugsucker-- I agree, a stand would be nice. Even nicer would be a hard floor nozzle which would enable the cleaner to stand upright. Maybe even one with a foot pedal.
