I was informed that this Canadian model Electrolux was one of the first plastic models manufactured in 1974. I snapped it up through an estate sale broker for $25.00 🤙🏾

I'll say this those old electroluxes look like summer vacation movie with Chevy Chase driving that station wagon. There not great looking.
I will say it's mint. The salmon color is nice. How is it every vacuum is mint.
I'm on lookout for a dual sanitronic 80 green extension tube. Since you have a knack for pristine vacuums if you could look out for a d80 tube I'd appreciate it.

Nice score. They sure have nice attachments. Are there 2 floor brushes? What's the difference?

Difference

The one with 6 lines is use the hose on carpet and upholstery. The other is to use in hardwood and tile.

I think what Les was trying to say is that there is both a bare floor tool AND a carpet tool as well as the PN. The carpet tool is identical to one of the versions of the ever popular US model XXX nozzle.
If I am correct, the PN on this machine has 3 different brush roll heights adjustable on the nozzle. It's been a long time since I've seen one! Greg

Nice find ! I have 4 of them in my basement, but none as complete as the one you bought.

The color is actually beige, light beige for some parts and dark beige for the others.

THe motor is pretty durable, most of them need a bearing change and brushes change, that's about it.

THe weak part is the hose, most of these old fabric-like hoses aren't airtight any more, so succion at the end is sometimes close to nothing.
