About 10 years ago my good friend and fellow collector Norm Brown gave me a model 77 AirWay Sanitizor, with a hose, floor brush, instruction book, and a model 66 upholstery nozzle. Thanks again Norm! Been hoping to complete it ever since, and just so happens that I found just what I needed recently on ebay! I had seen Attacha-Carriers posted on ebay before, but this one was by far the best looking one I'd ever seen at about $10 less than the rough looking ones, and also included a rug nozzle with snap-on polisher, upholstery nozzle, crevice tool, vee brush, and a Whirl-Away Insector! Soon after I put it on my watch list, I got an email saying the first of the watchers to respond would get it for $8, so I bought it immediately! Sure, the felt gone from the polisher, the crevice tool has seen some hard use, the bristles on the vee brush and strip brush on the rug nozzle are worn down, and the glass jar is missing from the Whirl-Away, but now, except for the wands, my 77 is complete!
A couple things I'm wondering about, does the vee brush have a removable insert? And where could I get one, and also a new strip brush for the rug nozzle? Also, does anyone out there have a spare set of wands? Looking forward to any help I can get. Here's a couple pics of the attachments & carrier and my 77. The attachment pic is from the ebay posting. Thanks in advance,
Jeff

That is a sweet vacuum. I hope you find attachments for it. Henry vacuum has a bunch of odd attachments for sale.
You have quite the collection. You collect the whole setup. I won the 880 plus advertising booklet. It talks about a smaller bag for and handle for convertible version. It also has bigger wheels for shag attachment.
Have you ever heard of v

Hi Les,

Actually, after getting the Attacha-Carrier and the attachments that came with it, I now have a complete set of attachments for my 77. All I need is to find a pair of wands. Also, a new brush insert for the dusting brush and a new strip brush for the rug nozzle would be nice to have.
Congrats on winning the 880 and advertising booklet! And yes, I am familiar with the small handle, bag, cord with inline switch, sprayer, and pile lifter/polisher brush. They were all included in the Extra Equipment Kit, which was optional with the 903 Electro-Hygiene and 880 Royal. However, these accessories were included with the 888 Royal, 980 Electro-Hygiene, and 990 Galaxy Prestige except for the pile lifter/polisher brush, as the removable nozzle models had an optional polisher head available. I also remember the wheel covers for the upright and the shag clips for the tank. Here's a pic of a gray set of attachments and the Extra Equipment Kit, and another of one of my 903's with the red attachments and Extra Equipment Kit.
