Ya luck no way. I'd dare say he lives in California where cost of living is high and a ton of people live there. I bet in ten Mile radius more where he lives is higher than the entire population of Utah. You get alot of people who make higher income than rest of the nation your finding nicer cars vacuum etc.
I'm not sure but that power nozzle may be sup rare.
I will say I don't like that style of vacuum but yours I love. It's a nice score. I'll send you a couple hundred bucks and in September when I go to Oceanside I can stop and pick up all amazing deals

You do have an eye it's pretty.
Congrats on yet another mint condition sweet vacuum. I think this is 3rd or 4th this year.
Maybe in ten years you can open a vacuum cleaner museum in Cali. The west coast version. Sorry I've listen to nwa and Tupac half the day.
Les

Wow! Yours is in such a bright shade of turquoise, I've never seen one that bright before, it must have been never taken out of the box and kept out of the light!

AWESOME find, Keith! Way to go! The official Electrolux color is Aquamarine Green, though (I like to be historically accurate—ha). You can call the bumpers & wheels turquoise, if you want—ha.

After seeing that rare Canadian prototype electric hose I'm going to hold out for a aqua G-era 3-wire PN-1 with steel wands for our transaction, because you do have an incredible knack of obtaining rare vintage Electrolux items, and I'll probably never get one on my own, but you'll likely find 2 or 3 at months end in near mint condition!

Q's:

1) Does the hose have a pigtail end?
2) Is the G the first iteration with the pn receptacle in front? I see that your handle is an early one without the cord clip, but I'm not sure if it was added at the same time as the receptacle location change.
3) What's the serial number? I think all the G's had a D prefix but am not positive.
4) Does the G's cord have a first iteration round plug with the separate stopper or the second rectangular type with the integrated one? Those first ones were cool but not very durable as most have been replaced.
5) Do you have the matching illustration users guide?
7) Do you have the optional accessories: white-bristled wall brush, white-bristled furniture brush, black sprayer, & chrome vaporizer?

Congrats, my friend, and happy Electroluxing!

@ Les and Husky thanks for the kind words and feedback

@ Paul : Thanks and "No thanks"- You've basically backpedaled on the option / arrangement of allowing me to purchase the CA bags from you. I will not allow myself to be subjected to playing some type of fetching game for you or any other collector. If you were not willing to sell the bags to me you shouldn’t have taken me through an unnecessary and disappointing run around.

Wow nice job shutting that down very respectfully. I wouldn't worry about other people to further your collection. You have found 3 machines since February that would be the best vacuum in almost any collectors collection. The vacuum items you need will come to you and in six months you will look back and laugh I was right. Sorry for run on sentence but great vacuum .

Hi Keith,

That is truly one of the nicest model G's I've seen in some time. I've been wanting to get one too. I added it to my 'bucket list' in case it takes a while, haha! Take care, Billy

I try to be positive. The last year has put my positivity to the test. I've had hardest year of my life but I stay positive. It's hard but everything happens for a reason. I have stayed positive and believe in yourself if anyone can and deserves to be believed in it's you in yourself. The only person who iniatiates positive energy can be you. I also try to help others because I find joy helping people. I do have an attitude lately only because I work at work come home work on vacuums. I also have been trying to get an internship initially as an electrician for a year but it's not feasible. I applied to union 5 year plumber's apprenticeship program. I went through all steps and they accept 40 people per year into program. I got #39 so I'm in program may not start for 4 or 5 months but at end of program I'm a journeyman pipefitters/ Plummer. Full benefits excellent pay etc. Life is hard believe in yourself bad things happen but for a reason opening another door. Id go more in detail but it's the hardest year yet but I'm an eternal optimist. No need worrying about what could have happened but look forward you gain nothing worrying about past.
Les

@ Les : Perseverance eventually pays off my friend. I'm very proud of you and very happy to know that your on your way to better things! This is huge!!! We also strive at learning how to become better in how we show up for ourselves, for each other, and in life in general. We don't regret the past nor do we dwell on it. We focus on the now, we process the lessons learned and we move forward!

@ Kelton: Thanks so much for the kind words and feedback :-) We will chat again soon hopefully .
