THe size is ok and the six holes for the bolts are at the right place. This said, my main question remains: is it worth the work and money to put a new bearing and new brushes? Is the rotor too much worn out or is it still good for a few years ? |

You could sand the commuter pieces. They look nicked up. I'd say try plugging vacuum in with motor in vacuum and not in your hand it might quiet it down but it's a joke so laugh if necessary if not pay no creedence Antoine knows vacuums listen to him specifically this motor he worked on either ap-100 or ap-200 within the last week. He's posted on 2 or 3 threads in last 2 months on those motors. Head a man with the knowledge on this motor.
