Earlier this week I had a call from a friend of mine working at the ecocenter saying: we received a very old Electrolux, I don't know if you coud be interested.
It ends up it is a early ZB55 model (1949-1951). It is in poor condition as for esthetics: skids are rusty, and the body cover is scratched and peeled on several points.
The motor seems very healthy though, succion is very effective and the motor takes 12 seconds to slow down and stop completely.
What I find amazing is the modification one made, putting wheels under the skids. Have you seen this before? Also, the body under the peeled cover looks like it is stainless steel, is it?
