Hello All,

This is my first post here to the site.

I have a Lindhaus Healthcare Pro and was at the vacuum cleaner store the other day to get a HEPA filter and order a new brush, and they had their Lindhaus Valzer for $399 and told me they wanted to move their stock faster, so had priced what they had at a very good price. This was the model with the 12-inch wide path, which I prefer over the wider one.

Question - is the Valzer the same quality as my Healthcare Pro? Also, do you consider this a good price for a Valzer. If so I might just pick one up, can always use it between ours and the kid's houses.

Thanks, Mike

Hello Mike,
I know the owner of Lindhaus factory and know very well all of the models: all Lindhaus vacuum cleaners have the same High quality materials and parts, the Valzer is the basic stick broom/upright cleaner model from which all the variations have been designed. So if you like its self contained design and don't need an on board hose you won't be disappointed with it.I own several Lindhaus vacs and, among them, the earliest version of the Valzer, the one with a by-pass motor and after more than 20 years it still works great!
Lindhaus vacs use motors made by Rotafil, parner of Lindhaus, which have been designing special motors for Lindhaus vacuuming units and powernozzles!
If you need more detailed information just ask me and I'll be glad to contact my friend personally.
Tommy

Tommy,

Thank you very much for your response. I too have been very pleased with my Lindhaus so far, owned it about 7 or 8 years, and just think the deal on the Valzer is to good to pass up. And I don't need any attachments with it, just the vacuum to do the rug. If it uses the same bags and filters my current one does, which I think it does, so much the better. This price of $399US is much less than I've seen any Lindhaus vacuum previously, they tend to be quite a bit more in price. I think I'll get it.
Thanks again, Mike

Hi Mike, the bags of the Valzer model are different from those of the healthcare pro, they are a little bit smaller since inside the bag comparment there is the top filling tube.Exhaust filters are instead interchangeable as the front of the motor unit is the same.
Happy purchase,
Tommy
