I was the guy that had a rainbow rep come to my house a few weeks ago, returned it and rolled on with life- my mother in law has one and she shipped me her old one as a surprise! She told me she loved it, but she has a much smaller house and she has a hard time using it. Her current house has all hard wood floors and she uses the dyson v8 and loves it!

After using it, it sounds rather noisy, upon looking closer, spinning the separator (attatched to the motor) I hear bad bearings.

Can I just replace the bearings or do I have to replace the whole motor? Not sure if the bearings are welded in to the motor or not.

You can replace just the bearings. Since you have my number I’d be more than happy to help you with obtaining the parts from us directly just shoot me a text with what you need and I’ll gladly ship it out to you!
