Have this old Hoover vacuum that I don't want or need anymore. It does work but needs a good cleaning and should be considered "as is". Would also be good for parts. Has one curved wand and some tools but they aren't in the greatest condition.

Looking to trade for a set of older Eureka white canister vacuum tools (dusting brush, crevice tool, upholstery tool and floor brush with curved wand).

OR

Set of Kirby Heritage tools (the long wand, dusting brush, crevice tool & upholstery tool).

A two tone blue connie! I'm in love. Too bad it would cost a fortune to ship to Utah.
Did you put on the power nozzle wiring or did you get it that way?

It came that way......have had it for at least 15 years so I don't know if someone else did that or not.

Well gee whizz, Joe...is that the Canadian Connie Model 869 ?

Where in Canada are you located? I might have what you're looking for if I saw a picture of the tool-less Eureka Canister you speak o...

I'm not sure what color the Heritage tools should be - I'll check the reference file - but I do have bins of extra tools that can be sifted through...

Not too sure what the model number is but I'll go down to the garage and take a look...

I'm on the other end of the country in BC....

I think I've decided to get rid of the Kirby too so don't worry about checking the color. Thanks anyway though, I really appreciate it.

The tool-less Eureka isn't really a Eureka.....it's an old Eatons Viking but I'm sure it was made by Eureka as that's the style bags it takes.

It is in good shape and has strong suction so I want to keep it. It just doesn't have any tools that fit properly.

I'll take a picture of it and the other vacuums I have...

And this is another Viking (I believe also made by Eureka). It works really good too (almost pulls the carpet up!). I just fixed it as the handle used to drop to the floor. Not really too sure on how old it is.......

Here's what you must do, Joe. Get in touch with Doug Smith in Moose Jaw Saskatchewan - He's the Canadian vintage parts guy and most likely to be able to outfit your Viking.

Scroll down to the Viking page. Your Viking "Superb" model 1110, made from 1967-9 by Eureka appears there.

And no, it did not cost $4149.95 at the time - a typo. LOL
