While checking spring maybe check make sure carbon brushes are good.
The carbon brushes are in black housing. They have a silver clip holding them to housing. The plastic clear caps come off. Then there is a green wire and a black wire. The end of wires is a v clipped item you push those out the sides. I could tell you more but one at a time. Don't mess with electrical power switch. There touchy little suckers. Good luck. Les |
