The blue paint and the yellow power nozzle match the manual. You painted it before you knew that. I was meant to be. Keep up the good fight.

Hey

lesinutah's profile picture
Cheers to Antoine and myself for being persistent enough that we were talk of vacuumland. I iniated the persistence. I do thank Mike for stepping up when others didn't. He would have never looked if we didn't ask. He did come through. That is why I insisted on persistence. I don't think we would have come to where we are. It also taught everyone humility and appreciation. In life to get things persistence works. It's not that I do it to get people mad but to get people's attention you kind that to be brash and consistent. I am a results now person. I'm also a leader. I'm in a group I stand up and lead. I work hard and I work harder than my employees. I try to be the best at what I do. I do everything and I don't ask anyone to do something I don't do. I also teach everyone because you trust in them and show them they respect you. I'm a leader by example. People follow me because I work hard I see people struggle I send them home. I paid for car to get moved to mechanic shop. I gave other managers gift cards and employees too because I appreciate work they do and I see it. I also every shift tell every worker hey thanks I know what you do and I appreciate it. They respect me because we're in the put together.
So when I step up and be persistent it's not to annoy it's to get help. I got a call and a lady couldn't find a product but I told her we would have it. The lady came in 2 weeks later and gave me a hug because I helped her find what no one else had time to. I get that alot. I help everyone and I know how to treat people. I worked for customer service on ohonifor American Express. I was the top seller out of 250 employees. I had a great trick. I talk clearly explaining to them were activating your card the service Im offering does this. If you get it your bill would look like this. It's amazing if you explain upfront your intent maintain professionalism they bite. I also learned people angry and yelling probably had a bad day. I don't engage and argue. I said okay your in a hurry I'm almost done were done sorry for the delay I hope you have a better day. Some people would vent and talk to you. I understand people I'm a leader and I have integrity.
Antoine really went out of his way helping with my compacts. So I warned him people are going to get mad. I knew for him to get manual would be good way paying him back for helping me.
I didn't try to ruffle feathers but I know if you want something you have w get it. I did. I really appreciate it.
So let's move on and let's keep this helping other people out up. This board could help alot and helping people helps grow good environment. We need to keep it up t help who we can. I try and I appreciate your help and I hope this continues.
Les

Hey

lesinutah's profile picture
Yes I see wires. You didn't have motor in it's resting spot. They have blue vinyl sticker sheet paper. If you printed on something like that flowers may pop more but I really dig the paint on power nozzle. It looks nice.
I'm not a huge Electrolux fan but I wasn't fan of compacts either. You have a very nice complete running vacuum ensemble.

I don't know if motor is in right location but the motor turns on. I may have to use commuter stone but it turns on runs good.
