I've just been on a non-stop roll here with all the posting!  I swear, I don't mean to flood this place!

I was fiddling on ebay and came across a Delta d-450:

I started trying to learn more and found the Steril Aire Company:

What can you tell me about not only these interesting looking vacuums, but the company.  Was Delta just a rebrand or did Steril Aire buy out Delta?  I have never heard of either of these companies!

I think Steril-aire products are all just rebadges. Looking over their canisters the st-300,350, and 400 are numatic machines. The one you've listed I've seen under the centaur name as the SL-3. I've also seen a tacony machine similar to the carpet pro cpu-1qd with the steril-aire name on it.

The first Steril-Aire vacuum was a Eureka 800 series, sold door to door in the 1950's. I have the book and the vac went to ChicagoMike.
