So I guess the Eureka Mighty Mite is staying around.

Hey Cole,

I have even seen the Mighty Might in stores, and in fact they carry them at our Walmart.

I owned one years ago and it was made better and felt more substantial. When I picked one up at Walmart and looked at it, I thought wow one drop or a tumble down a few steps and it would be destroyed. Just an observation but it felt so cheaply made.

But I am glad some of the classics are still available.. Thanks for sharing that advert.

Patrick

I have one of the older Mighty Mites from 1990. It's not as strong as the newer ones but it sure is quiet, and has some good attachments for a compact vac. I like the blower port too,

I don't think I've seen it at Walmart, but they sell the Ready Force bagless canisters in straight suction and with power nozzle. It's neat that Walmart sells a power nozzle canister though.

The best Mighty Mites were the first ones in the 1980’s...they had a classic Eureka tool set with separate dusting brush, upholstery nozzle, carpet nozzle, crevice tool, bare floor brush. I really dislike that Eureka “Victory” combination dusting brush and upholstery nozzle, and the brushless squeegee combo floor/rug tool they include with today’s versions.

One thing is for sure, all Mighty Mites - including those sold today - have a nice long 7 foot hose. This is rare for a suction only compact budget canister.
