I looked at all vacuum ads I could find on Marketplace (facebook) this evening, and I did find a few listed as Electrolux, I'd be curious to read you about them. Sorry these were all the pictures available with these ads.

So the only one actually an Electrolux is the second one? Is it a rare model? Are parts still available? DOes in work well?

The third one looks pretty different from any vac I've seen before. Is it a good vac for weekly use or just good for the show?

I like the blue color of the first one.

Salut mes voisins - hi there my neighbours! So nice to see that I have fellow “cleanerphiles” so close to Montreal! And it’s amazing that M. Quebecois was born literally 4 days after me in 1959!!! 😊

Salut Eurekaprince, il semble que nous sommes des confrères de plusieurs manières, we're fellows in many different ways! Are you an Elux guy too?

No...I seem to be obsessed mostly with Eureka since I was a small boy. Though I love all vacuums, when I see a cleaner made by Eureka - especially Eureka Williams - fireworks go off in my head!!!! 😆

Are you in Quebec City? What vacuum brands do you live the most?

I live in Waterloo, next to Granby. I focus on Electrolux because that's what is widely available on the second-hand market. I like to pick up those that don't work any more and bring them back to life.

Wow! Near Granby? We are very close! We should meet up next April for our birthdays...I will write to your email address to keep in touch....maybe compactguy from New Brunswick can join us too. I think there is a Vacuumlander in Gatineau as well....have to find him. 🙂

Actually, my birthday is the 4th of October, not the 10th of April, so you're 6 months older than me, but I wouldn't mind meeting you in April anyhow !
