I'm looking for some old style L bags for my Model 1010 canister. A previous thread mentioned svcVacuums.com as a source I tried but they were out of stock. I also read that the new style L bags could be modified to fit the model 1000 series, but I can't see how that would be possible.

Hi Jim... These bags show up on Ebay. I know, because I look for them occasionally. I usually stock up, but never buy all of them when they are offered in batches. Keep checking, you will find them. | ||

Those look like a traditional Electrolux canister bag.
I'd look for something with a rubber seal on the opening. | ||

Hi Harley,
The Style L bags your link goes to are for newer Eureka compact canisters. Our friend needs the old Style L bags for Eureka MobileAire and VibraBeat canisters in the 1000 Series, not for the modern 900 Series canisters. I don’t think Hessco has the old Style L bags for those canned ham Eurekas. | ||
