Just recently I've noticed that the Prolux website no longer has it's uprights aside from one commercial which I think is a dead listing.

I did a search through both Essco and Steel City to find that the Dustcare Evolution uprights have been discontinued as well.

Now I'd assume Essco was the one producing the Prolux machines since I had heard that they acquired the molds after the Bernina labeled machines.

Does anyone have any more information on these machines? It'd be a shame if they were truly discontinued.

Why not just buy a Riccar or a Fuller brush ?

Really

I'm just wondering what is going with them. I do like their brushroll on off control a little better since it didn't require you to bend down.

They're still sold under the Cirrus brand which are the newer and improved versions of the Evolution lineup.

Hmm...

Makes me wonder if Cirrus will be effected by this, or do they produce their own machines?

Essco has always been making their own vacuums.
