I’ve been meaning to share some pics of the accessories of the beautiful 511 I was recently gifted. Been a bit busy the past couple weeks, but here you go!

Hey

Nice setup.  I have heard 509 and I've heard 510 was first year of handi Butler.  I bought from kirKi needs a 510 never used handi Butler.  It's not used but box you have is much better condition.  The boxes you have are very rare.  You don't see old Kirby vacuum boxes in good shape.  I'd go as far as the boxes are worth more than entire vacuum.

It immaculate full set very impressive.  Congratulations.

Watch out early 500 vacuums are almost addictive as d80.

If you look at my profile pic that's my 510.

500 series

Les,

Yeah I’m discovering that the 500 series are far more addictive than the D80, lol! Also, the other oddities like the smaller nozzles on the Heritage series, etc.

There’s a lady on Letgo about 5 hours north of me selling a 505 for $15... original bag, most original trim but not all...I’m so tempted to make a day trip, but at the same time it’s a total of 10 hours of driving (plus fuel) for a $15 item...but it’s also a 505... I’m crossed.

I emailed you.  Get in a car a plane get that vacuum.  Bag is $300-$500 alone.  I have about 8, 505-510 machines.  I have original trim I have almost duplicates.  I plan on doing a bunch of old macjmach at the same time hence all the parts.

Don't be crossed get the vacuum.  If there is a most loved sought after Kirby the 505 is it.  I know 4cs are sought after but you can't find them.  The 505 has a mystique right after ww2 the black and red.  They are the most popular Kirby far and away.  Those who have won't sale and those who don't have would buy.

Buy it.
