Hello, Mark!

The AirWay has your name on it. I will get in touch with you tomorrow and work out the details. Thanks!

Hello, Bill!

The hose was already replaced; I traded a Tristar CXL for it a few years ago. Unsure of the source of the hose replacement.

Heed this advice:
Don't EVER use the white, singly ply bags in an Air-Way. They are horrible, clog within moments, leak dirt into the motor, and fill the air in the room with dust. ONLY use a genuine Air-Way bag with the words "Air Way Sanitizor" embossed into the plastic bag top, OR, make a HEPA bag for the Air-Way. To make a HEPA bag, remove the plastic bag top from an Air-Way bag. Cut a HEPA cloth bag so it's long enough to fit the Air-Way bag chamber with a little cloth sticking up. Place the bag into the chamber, place the plastic bag top into place, and fold inwards the remaining cloth all around the bag's circumference. Close the lid, and you now have a HEPA Air-Way bag.

Great advice, Tom!

I actually found two original Air-Way Sanitizor bags for sale on ebay a few weeks ago for about 10 bucks.  There were plenty of other ads for the cheapy white ones for about a buck fifty each, but I went for the original!
