I bought the black version from the same seller. I bought it from them because they won't charge for shipping whereas Amazon, you do have to pay for shipping. They also offer that if you bought one of these from them but mentioned my name on it, I would receive a free pack of bags but I declined that option.
Since after I did a video of mine and posted it on YouTube. I've boxed it back up and put it in storage. Mainly because I want to keep mine in the best possible shape that it would be in and I'm not taking the risk of breaking anything on it since I've heard that these broke alot. |

I'd rather have a vacuum that'd shut the brusholl off while the handle is up. I've used vacuums before where I'd use the hose while the brushroll is still spinning, and I'd see dust spit out of the brushroll. Plus if not careful, you could either accidently tangle up the brusholl from lets say a fishing line while you're busy using the hose without noticing. I think that happened to me once before. Or you can cause a burn mark on the carpet if the brushroll stayed on the same spot for very long. Yes there are vacuums that you can turn the brushroll off manually but I'm betting most of the consumers wouldn't do that themselves. My Kenmore Whispertone upright made by Panasonic that I have, it has not only a switch to turn the brushroll off manually but also the brusholl turns off when you take the hose out just like a Sebo Felix. But the Sebo Felix also shuts the brushroll off in upright locked position which I like more than my Kenmore.

I have seen several vacuums that shut the brushroll off when parked upright, or when tools are inserted. One reason is to prevent friction burns in your carpet (which does happen). Another reason is f0or vacuums that do not have diverter channels for tool and carpet modes, so when you remove the hose you aren't spitting dirt into the air.
