Wouldn't Mind....

....Having one of those blue Sears Best canisters with the PowerMate. I think the PowerMate housing was still die-cast metal at that point.

That Page Is So Purty....

....I just had to tweak it a bit (adjusted perspective, focus, gamma and contrast, plus cropped it) to bring out the colour and detail.

Christine:

Thanks. Gotta be the blue one, though, not the green. Hate hate hate green- no offence to Ugly Betty. It was my mom's favourite colour, and she plastered it on everything. Now, the only place I will tolerate green is on folding money.

Green was my mom's favorite color also, my house has never been painted anything but green outside, with white trim, and then surprisingly, mom and dad started having it painted two tone green, at my suggestion. I'm still trying to figure out what I want next, I think the green will go. The only green vacuum I have is the Dual Sanitronic 80.
