Hi all,

While perusing Craigslist for appealing or unusual vacuum listings, I ran across these two.
They're not near me, nor anything that I'm considering buying.
I had just never seen either one before, and thought I'd see if anyone knew anything about them.

One is a small, 2.5 gallon utility vac, marketed for cleaning car interiors, and labeled for Armor-All.
This particular one seems to be essentially NIB, and offered for $5.

The other one is an Air-Tec Black Knight.
It has a textured green finish, seems to include all of its attachments, including power nozzle and spare bags, and looks to be in very good condition.
That one, they're asking $100.

Barry

The Armor All was a Black Friday Special at Home Depot, Lowe’s, Pep Boys or one of those places within the last 10 years I have one, used it for a while, burnt the filter accidentally when I thought my stove had burned out but there was still a hot coal. It’s been in my shed or basement most of the past 7 years. It wasn’t terribly expensive but it works well enough, one of these days I’ll probably get a filter or it. So far as I recall it just takes an ordinary shop vac filter or bag.

Looks like it's part of the Vacmaster line, and made by Cleva.

I think I've seen Air-Tecs on here but don't know much about them.

Erik;
It looks like you can probably still get them, based on Cole's link that still shows the same vacuum.

Cole;
Yup...I'd say that's it!

Sadly any support for the AirTec is gone too. It's an Airway Princess "clone" and while the gent who owned AirTec bought all the tool dies and started his own company and made great machines including poly bags, he's in the last two years closed his doors. There might still be some suppliers with parts, but far and few. Sadly, I parted with mine... Greg
