So I just had an offer to get a constellation, and I've had one before and loved it! Now I just found out that the celebrity has a hovering version as well! Which one is better? Also, I am in a different house now that has natural hardwood floors, will these scratch my floor or does it hover enough to be okay? Before I had low pile carpet and linoleum. Let me know what you think!

well i am bias to the Hoover Celebrity i had one a sa kid of loud but hot dam it was a power house! loud but strong lol
Id say go for the Celebrity bigger bag more power and some have a power nozzle .I dont think they will scratch the floor they put out enough air to float well over most surfaces .

I mean.... they're both great vacuums. The Tuflex hose on the Celebrity is excellent, they are louder than the Connie, the Celebrity bag holds a lot, the tools are interchangeable. The Celeb looks kinda like a squished Connie. Of course, many Celebrities come with a power nozzle, if you like that sort of thing. But, I love/have many of both.
