I have two different types of bag saver attachments.
One is much bigger made in Sweden by Electrolux and another is much smaller made in China.
Some time ago I measured huge loss of airflow from the Chinese bag saver and thought they are not worth much.
Yesterday I decided to test my bigger Electrolux Phase 1 bag saver and I was very surprised. It caused
only 14 cfm loss when the Chinese one caused HUGE 42 cfm loss in the airflow.
It's not perfect. It causes a lot of extra noise and it's quite bulky. Also some of the fine dust goes through it to the bag.
However what it can't separate is minimal and the bag has huge surface area so it will last a long time.
