Last weekend I found this beautiful Filter Queen 350 at my local Goodwill outlet store. It came with the original hose and wire attachment crown, all in excellent condition. The inside is nearly flawless. I gave it a complete cleaning and replaced the filters, and it runs great. It's very quiet but not as powerful as the later models. Now I need to find the original dolly, wands, and tools for it.

These are what the dolly and attachments looked like as well as the storage hassock. BE SURE to always use GENUINE Filter Queen cone filters with the words Health-Mor Incorporated printed on the cone itself. Also, there is a paper pre-motor filter under the metal cone guard. Be sure it's clean.

Both of yours look better than mine. I have the original hose, wands, attachments, and instruction booklet, but the dolly is from a later model and I think the sprayer and jet demother are from a later model as well.
