Hello All, I recently got a Tristar DXL with the turbo brush power head. Where the wand attaches to the neck of the power head, it does not seem to lock in place, in other words the wand moves freely from left to right in the neck of the power head. Thinking that something was broke in the plastic neck of the power head, I ordered a new neck, however when I insert the wand into the new neck, it does the same thing. Just wondering if anyone else has come across this, and has a solution.
Thank You
Joe

It should do that as far as I know. Mine does.

Its supposed to do that. If you look at the neck, it's obvious. How else could you rotate the handle sideways to clean under furniture?
