Over the weekend we had a nice little mini meet filled with thrifting, estate sales, and flea markets, and of course FOOD. Shaylee and I had a great time with Kenny, Chad, Corey, and Kenny Heon from OKC. This was baby Maverick's first mini meet and he was such a good boy, never really got fussy and was such a ham.
I made it home with 4 awesome vacuums. A green mid range Hoover Celebrity with quaudreflex power nozzle, green and white Airway Mark II with matching RugMaster power nozzle, black and white Airway Mark V with matching RugMaster power nozzle (according to Tania this was the final metal RugMaster made in the early 80s), and a cinnamon and white Airway but missing its matching RugMaster power nozzle. Thank you Corey for making that wonderful cake and cookies!

Looks like everyone had a good time! Kenny's a great host, I really enjoyed it when the convention had it's luncheon there. Maverick gets increasingly adorable with every pic! I hope I get a chance to hold him before he's old enough to run away!

What fun...and a cute baby too!

Gentlemen and Shaylee,
It appears that a great time was had by all and Maverick is quickly learning how most vacuums can be fun riding toys. I discovered that excitement in grandmother's basement in Clarkston, WA.

Kenny's house looks great and I'm glad to see his GE SV-1 positioned in the living room to handily contain any loose cigarette butts, candy wrappers, and broken glass. With it's tufted rotating brush and suction equaling that of an asthmatic hamster it just what a homemaker needs to keep a floor baby safe.

I'm jealous this is the second affair of this nature that I've missed!
Fiddle-dee-dee,
Sean
