I want to know how you use the Kirby sprayer. I filled it with the shampoo this weekent and tried to spray it on the couch but instead of spraying it sucked the shampoo up the hose and into the cleaner. Can you tell me the way to use this as for I did not get a manual with my g6 and the manual for my Classic is long gone.

I believe you have to attach the hose onto the exhaust instead of the intake ie. remove the bag and attach it there

in your attachment set there should be an "air intake guard" on the G-six it is kinda an oval shaped thing that has the kirby lettering on it, put that on like you were instaling the head or hose. then take your bag off and look on the hose end (where you would put it on the powerplant) there should be an arrow, line the arrow up with the line on the powerplant where your bag was. hope this helps! i just used mine the other day and it worked great, lots of fun!
