Hi
I ordered 24 belts had a yellow stripe down it. They had no grooves. I misplaced them hopefully I can find them. It doesn't have item number but I added link. I used all my older belts and I wondering if the belts in link are for older kirbys or what is the part number of the correct ones.
Thanks

For the older machines with sleeve bearings in the brush rolls, use the softer belt 159056S to reduce bearing wear.
These belts are also mandatory for the very old machines with plastic belt lifters.

Thanks for part number. I've heard stories of people snapping plastic belt lifters and original belt lifters are becoming non existent.

Hey

lesinutah's profile picture
I found my belts in my box with 508 I've been working on. They are belts mentioned to use on older models. I'm glad I found them because I have a lot more pressure 1970 machines than newer ones. I also found 3 more d80s. Excited about that too. I don't need 5 d80s but I do. I also found 2 d50s.
I bought bunch of vacuums in December. I usually wouldn't have done this but I got 508 except nozzle, a 513 nozzle, 4 d80s 3 d50s a heritage with heritage attachments, Another heritage with some blue tradition parts on it and a legend 2 and a 511 emptor and 517 bag. I had to buy all vacuums. The price was right sold a legend and heritage. Those 2 almost paid for entire setup. I made sure to give them shake out bags not the 2 with heritage 2 mini emptor bag setup. I have a lot of vacuums but I've been selling them. I had 20 down to 10 or 11 and still have a couple I'll keep and not lose any money. Sorry that was off path entirely.
