My & they sure are purty

I just luv my filter queens
though I must admit
no upright are they gliding gracefully thru the rooms
they are hard to pull
I fear I will stress the hose
& I help them
like quazimoto
LOL
We both limp along
but they do a great job
& I need the filtration....

I do hope my 3rd FQ a cordless one finds its way to me
I wonder about it & hope its a great sucker & not me/.
I got a cord waiting for him....yearning to hear his first cries & hope his motor is strong...LOL

The powerhead on the first one is blindingly beautiful. The whole group is impressive, as always.

Do you remember the wiring?

Switch & cord?

Got one today no wire
the wires with black caps are not connected
there is no cord

I have a 2 wire cord w white & black wires

trad black is negative so assume white is positive?

Now I;d like to test motor w my cord but have to attach it

thinking the red gray in pic which are together but not capped are the swtich connections

so the loose red & black must be power cord leads?

guess I could try but don't want to cross wires

...anyone know which way to proceed?

I think it is for your power nozzel light.

it looks to me like it would connect to the other red wire and black wire.

hmmm

not sure what power nozzle it came with as I don't have it
Don't know if it had a light

Wow that complicates things
LOL

biut then again shouldn't the power nozzle outlet take care of the power & the light wiring is in the power nozzle not the vacuum...

This is what my brother said so far...maybe it can help

"Hi I cant see all the wires in your pic. where does the other gray wire connect to i cant see it. also i cant see the other black wire on the push button switch what does it connect to? that lil box with the blue and yellow wires is that a switch does it have a button on the other side, the black wire on the power cord is the hot wire. the white wire is the neutral wire, most likely the black power cord wire would go to the push button switch but cant see the other side where its connected"
