It could be one of two things. Most likely, the rear sleeve bearing in the motor is going out. That happens quite commonly as the motor isn't designed to last for a really long time. Good news is the motor is cheap. I think the wholesale cost is about $20.
The bearings in the brush roller could also be a problem, but is less likely. Even then, the brush roller isn't expensive enough to preclude getting a new one. | ||
