Thank you very much for the thread number, definitely a good read! But it's still got me wandering if my filtex is not labeled emdeko due to age or other reasons And when filtex quit canister production ? | ||

Would you consider selling it? If you have the rest(or most) of the attachments, I may be interested in buying it if you want to get rid of it. I have been eyeing these Filtex machines since reading an archived thread about them. How is the performance on them, Hans? I know the attachments are of very good quality. | ||

I started taking it apart today, would this (the 10 57) be the date stamp on the armature ? And thank everyone for the help, much appreciated !

Yes That's the armature date stamp. Makes your vac a late 57 or 58 model | ||
