Kenmore vacuums

I am wondering if anyone can tell me, are the Kenmore vacuums that are still being sold, that were made when Panasonic was still making them, which are the Kenmore Elite and Crossover canisters, bagless canister, and Elite/Intuition uprights and Crossover uprights, still being made by Cleva?

I know Cleva makes those orange/red/purple mid line bagged canisters, but did they take over production of the higher end canisters and uprights and just didn't change anything about them? Or are what we have in the stores just leftover stock that will run out and Cleva will either come up with new models to replace them or they will go away?

I am wondering if Sears will even have a vacuum line at the rate things are going with closures. I was kind of wondering if when Panasonic got out of the business if the Kenmore vacuums were going to be discontinued altogether,
I do wish another store would make a line of good bagged uprights and power nozzle canisters, it is something that Sears does right, although the build quality like many things these days is not what it was.
