Aerus has the advantage of bag sales. People call into the store for bag delivery. This gives the salesman who delivers the bags (or picks up machine for service) a chance to demonstrate the new model. Aerus Lux is the only company (door to door vac sales) that picks up and delivers repairs, as well as offers free delivery of supplies (bags, shampoo, etc.). If I were going into door to door vac sales, Aerus would be the one I'd choose.

Our Aerus guy seems to do a fairly big business, home shows tend to get the sales guys busy and customers buying, and they do a lot of business out in the rural areas to the north and east, even all the way into Kansas! Out there in the middle of nowhere people tend to be more open to someone coming to the to show a vacuum as they aren't as inclined to drive an hour or so to the nearest vac shop as the small towns near them haven't one.
