I got locked out of my old account. So I'm starting fresh. Asking a simple question, do you think badge-engineering is bad for vacuums? I know it's bad for American cars. |

I think it's bad when a previous high quality brand suddenly has their name on lower quality machines, or a different style of machine. For example, TTI badging plastic Hoovers as Royals. It degrades the name and the image people have of the company.
Sometimes rebranding takes away the nostalgia and history of a machine as well. Darn it, those Sanitaires are Eurekas! |
