I was looking through an Aldi ad when I stumbled upon this vacuum that was only $39.99. It looks like a mix of an Amway and a Fantom and I assume it uses another filter instead of having an actual cyclone. Not something I'm interested in, but I thought it was cool.

Appears to be

Of a Bissell derivation at first glance. Not a bad budget price for a limited income,or need.

I grabbed one of these last week, but have yet to open it. It is virtually identical to a model sold under the kenmore name (link below). I had a bagged version a few years ago, which was actually a good little machine. I know this one uses a proper dual cyclone (assuming aldi didn't change the design). I suspect it was produced by eureka seeing as the atachments and cyclone arrangement are very similar to those used on many eurekas. Not to mention my bagged version used eureka U belts.

Yes, looks like a stripped down Kenmore... no flex hose for above ground cleaning action.

Although I can't confirm for sure yet, I believe that the picture is inaccurate. It looks like a doctored stock photo. The machine is listed as coming with attachments on the box so surely it comes with a hose. At least I hope it does!

A cheap vacuum like this would be alright for move-out,move-in cleanups when you don't have your usual vacuum with you.Or for a contractor that did a small renovation job-after cleaning up the bulk of the debris-would then use this vac to clean up the rest.If it breaks--no big deal.I could picture a lot of these on the curb in future days waiting for-----the trash truck!

The stock photo is correct, the vacuum does come with attachments. Don't expect an entire NASCAR pit box of tools though. You get a hose, an extension wand, and a brush with very soft nylon bristles, that's it.
