Decided to dig an oldie out tonight! I remember the motor running when I first tried it out, but I couldn't really remember how well......turned it on again tonight and wow! It really surprised me at how well it ran! Once I get it cleaned up I'll post better photos and a video of it running!

That looks a lot like the first one we had growing up....this from the 50's?
And that one shot out a waterfall of sparks one day. But it made it to around the late 60's and a new one was bought.

Hello All,
My grandmother had Asthma and she had a Rexair Model B. My grandfather had to get it because of her breathing problems. They used it up until about 1958 when they bought a Hoover Convertible which was okay as the paper bags did work good. They put the Rexair in the garage and after their passing in 1980 I got the Rexair. I sold it on eBay about 5 to 8 years ago and it was still working perfectly. I will add the pictures to this Thread. I probably should not have sold it as it was complete but it went to someone that wanted it. Thank you for letting me in on your Thread, Pete |

Thank you for adding those photos of your machine! When I purchased mine, it was just the body only, didn't have any attachments/hose/etc. with it. At least now I know sort of what I'm looking for if I ever get the attachments or hose for it.....but I have a pretty good feeling that running across something like that will be like finding a needle in a haystack! You certainly had a lovely machine!
