Will a D A M brushroll fit into a Hoover concept one?
Has anyone tried this before?

Another collector put a Quadraflex agitator in a DAM power drive. So yes the opposite would work I would think. I just copied off of him. This is only for the self-propelled Dial a matics as the agitator in the non-self-propelled models are shorter in length. I compared them yesterday when going through my box of agitators. And the self-propelled models have a gap in the center of the agitator.

Great, thanks for the response

I'll have to try it, only because the Concept brush strips are a lot harder to find now..

I've been keeping my eyes peeled for a power drive DAM just so I can put its brush roll in my Concept I. A Concept with beater bars would be pretty crazy!

A Quadraflex in DAM (with good brush inserts) is a whole new machine! If Hoover sold it like that and angles the suction about 30 degrees Panasonic and Sharp never would have existed!

Broomvac, I think I have a self propelled DAM brushroll here with new brush strips of you want it. Should I take a look?
Send me an email.
