Hi Vacuumland members I recently just bought a 1987 Royal Commercial Model 154. There are not pictures or any information online. If anyone has any info about this Royal please feel free to let me know.I'm also into looking for some original for it as well.

Spencer,

I too would like to see a picture or two of your 154 if possible!

Basically, your 154 would look just like this 654 that I'd found on eBay years back (pictures below), but with a dark blue denim shake-out or zippered bag. It has these traits:
* Gray painted external parts.
* 4.5 amp motor
* If it has a 3-wire cord, model would be 3-154.
* Standard single-bristle brush roll
* The Adjust-O-Rite plate on yours would be red and look exactly the same as on the 654 these pictures represent.

My Royal has a black Adjust-O-Rite plate on the front. Has the same Gray Denim Zipper bag. Mine was also made at Plant A. The serial number is A87A003241. Has the 4.5 Amp motor Gray Painted Finish and the Nozzle Label that says Heavy Duty Commercial.

I did see a picture of that on a Facebook group you and I belong to. I at first believed, because of that gray denim bag, that your machine actually was a 654 or 655.

Your 3-154 was made in January 1987. It should have a 35-foot, 3-wire cord.
