I'm blown away!
A few days ago I saw a container for Electrolux moth crystals on EBay sale for $7.00. (Yes it had the model LX logo). Naturally I thought it was an empty can, to be used for display, but I just got it, full can!' ready to use with my vaporizer or Garment-aire bag. Needless to say it will sit beside the mint condition model LX I got for Christmas. A very happy Alex Taber. |

That is AWESOME my friend! I have never seen any of the cans that weren't empty! In fact, I had made the assumption that anything sitting in a tin can that long, would have eaten the can up by this point! I can't believe you were able to find a FULL can, and especially still be able to use the contents of it! Congratulations! I'm sure you ARE one happy camper! Enjoy!

That canister is completely full but gives off a slight odor of the crystals. I understand this is normal, a friend of my grandmothers when I was a child had an Electrolux LXI, the crystals were on a shelf and the closet smelled.
My goal is to get all the cans and bottles to complete the original display in the instruction book that was shown the other day as VOD. Another good thing, if there are any mice in the basement they won't go anywhere near me collection! |
