Another great find from my local Kirby office. I have never owned a Miele but I must say this is now one of my very favorite vacuums to use. It's so quiet, powerful and very well made. The power nozzle has a great feel and grooms my carpet so well. Another feature I really like about this vacuum is its hard floor tool. It's got a nice weight to it and glides over the floor seemlessly without pushing the dirt around. Overall I'm very impressed, I now see why so many people rave over these machines.

It's a nice machine. I have the same machine, in yellow, as the Genimi. I like the power nozzle, and I like the machine's filtration. I wish the hose was one foot longer. I've had my Genimi for more almost a decade.

Very good point, I believe the hose and the cord could use a little more length as well. I do find myself changing outlets quite often. Other than that this thing is a real pleasure to use. Considering I only paid $20 for the machine I'm one lucky guy!

P.S. I really hope to be able to visit the vacuum museum one day and love to see your post about it! Your knowledge of vacuums is amazing!

I would enjoy giving you a tour of the Vacuum Cleaner Museum. We are open six days per week, Monday through Saturday, 9 - 5.

Here's my Miele, and my border collie, after she has destroyed her string toy. The Miele did a fantastic job cleaning up after her.
