Last year, I had bought just the hose, wands and motor unit from GW. Since I felt at the time I would not find the Power Nozzle, I stored the hose and wands. I cannibalized the motor unit needing the cord reel. I kept some parts, but discarded the rest.

Later, I found a power nozzle, replaced the elbow clip and stored it away.

Today, I found: a motor unit and a damaged hose. I did repair the hose, but found that the wands and therefore the PN would not work.

Then I remembered the hose, found it, and now it is complete except for bags and attachments.

One more iron in the fire. I need to complete something!

If the hose end

and wands are round and not oval shaped, 1-1/4 inch standard tools will work. Otherwise you need the oval shaped tool openings, or the adapter.

Thanks Mike...

the wand ends and the handle ends are round. The other damaged hose has the other shape. That is why I thought the PN & wands would not fit. The machine end of both hoses are identical except for one is black and the other is gray.

I have the whole unit up on the bench starting the cleaning process. I found a package of bags in my Eureka stash as the Eureka OX is the Electrolux S.

All I need is a new Hepa filter...cheap on Ebay....but I will not order it from Hong Kong or mainland because I want it to arrive this month..and to be able to track the package.
