I was trolling through the local LetGo ads last weekend and found this Filter Queen for $150. It is complete with all the original attachments, and a package of cones. I messaged the seller, and he still has it. I told him I want to buy it, so we are meeting up after work tonight to pick it up. I was really surprised to find it because Filter Queen is practically unheard of brand here. I'm originally from back east, and they are big back there. Not so much here. Anyone have any idea why? Attached is the picture from the ad. I'll take better ones tonight when Iget the machine in my grubby little hands.

I used to live in Florida and like California the climate is hot thus most houses have tile or laminate nowadays. Not much call I would think for a cleaner that rolls on casters as it could possibly scratch the tile. Most would probably have an area rug in the principal rooms but would not deem much use for a powerhead.

I myself have an oreck hand held as I have laminate floors in my house. Just hang on your shoulder, attach wands and floor brush and off you go.

Still a very nice example though. happy vacuuming!!!

Santa delivered...

And it's in awesome condition. The seller delivered it about 8:00 last night. It literally looks like it just came out of the box. No scuff marks, or any damage I can see. Has original manual, and two packages of genuine cones as well as a package of DVC cones. I won't use those. Only thing wrong is the prior owner lost the crevice tool and the brush for the upholstery nozzle. Will need to order those. It was too dark to take pictures last night, so I'll snap some tonight when I get home.

Nice…

Looks a lot newer and nicer than the one I grabbed at Goodwill last spring. But then again, I only paid $5 for mine--and ten times that to refurbish it. Enjoy!
