I just acquired model LX in almost perfect condition. The only drawback is that it ejects even with an empty wrapper (bag) therefore the tubing needs to be replaced. As I understand it the hose for an aquarium will work. Does anybody have the exact dimensions of this?

As to the vacuum cleaner, it's in mint condition, as is the instruction book and assorted pamphlets. Believe it or not, it even included the bill of sale, dated June 4, 1953. This is display quality, but I want it working perfectly. New tubing will do it!
