There was nothing inappropriate with your post. People post videos all the time. You will just see there is less activity today due to the Thanksgiving holiday. |

This was just a misunderstanding in other post + I was super tired in my work. Sorry about that. I will definitely stay. And most importantly thanks to VL for all the valuable support for rather new vacuum enthusiast :) |

Hi Mike!
I did the videos and of course you can use them! I am not a company ;-) just interested in vacuums like you. I can not prove that I did them here, but I will post comments in the commentary section on youtube and mention this site. I am just happy to see my videos getting links. I think I said that in the description to the videos?! Maybe a missed it. Obviously I am new to making videos, but I will learn. A company would of course hire someone to help them. I do them myself because it is a fun hobby. Do not worry Mike. / Jakob Sweden Stockholm PS: I would have written this sooner, but I just stubbled upon this tread. And now I am a member on this site! |

Thanks for the welcome!
Just a few things. I think Miele said at some trade show (IFA 2016) in Berlin that the choice of mono cyclone was due too: More power efficient + less noise. I do prefer bagged vaccums myself, but I am also a Miele fanboy. Hence, I had no concerns buying the Blizzard. Miele have also said that they will continue to produce bagged vacuums in the future. So for bagless fans Mieles turn around (doing a bagless) is probably a good thing as it will put som pressure on some companies producing bagless. Only time will tell of course. I have done one more video with the Blizzad. One of these "clean my home with it". It is a bit goofy and non-informative, but I empty the dust container at the end. Close up. Hope no one feels offended by me posting my own video in the thread. It fitted well with this tread I thought. CLICK HERE TO GO TO drsnuggle's LINK |

Maybe it will come to the US with an electric carpet brush. It seems a bit noisier than other Mieles, but it's not terrible. |

So nice to see you here Jakob!
Your videos are very well done and pleasure to watch. About the new Miele Blizzard CX1 using only one cyclone. Yes that is actually fact that single cyclone allows more suction with less noise. I assume that the Electrolux uses only one cyclone for that reason. NOTE! I am Mike81 from here. I just had to create new profile because I forgot my password and I couldn't restore it. |

Dito!
I thought it was you. Nice! Well, if Miele wants to sell any Blizzards in US they will have to include an electrohead. I think. In Sweden those are far and few between. I can e-mail Miele Germany about it and post a summary of the reply. About the link to the video a posted. I am happy to have found this site and will NOT make it a habit. I got interested in vacuums a year ago when I got dustmite allergy. From there on I bought 8 vacuums so far. People around me just laugh or think I gone a little crazy. Some thinks it is fun though. Well nice to have found this site / Jakob |

Wow, Miele Sweden offers me an additional extra for some of my videos of the Blizzard. Well, of course I am happy. But... I had a few thumbs up at first and now it is mainly thumbs down. I cannot understand it myself. If you have some critique please tell me here on this forum. I do not want to release videos that people hate.
Any how, I ask them about the electro brush for the Miele Blizzard release in USA. I will get back when I have the answer. / Jakob Stockholm Sweden |

I clean 2-3 times a week. Mainly quick cleans of the floors and carpets. And it is strange how much hair my cats shed for only two days. Dogs would probably shed even more.
One year ago I got pretty sick for like 4 month. First the doctor thought I had gotten asthma, but it was mostly in my bed I had a hard time breathing. Well, to make it short, me and dustmites do not like each other. So vacuuming became an obsession. I got back to health after two month of inhaling cortisone twice a day, vacuuming, using an air purifier and washing my bedding often. It is satisfying to see all dirt being picked up in the dust bin. But I most often use one of my Miele C3 as I like their bags. The filtration is amazing, I believe. See if I can post a pic of them. I feel as I have kidnaped this thread. Sorry :-(.

What a wonderful vacuums you have! Those Miele vacuums are very well made and they look beautiful.
However I would suggest you use your Electrolux UltraOne time to time to give a deep clean to your rugs. It has that big power nozzle (I have same nozzle) and after all my tests I have discovered that it gets the rugs deep down clean. Much better than the air driven turbo nozzles. Sorry about posting my video, but you can see how it beats the rugs thoroughly. |

Just had a email announcing UK launch. Given the EU regulations limiting power to 900 watts from September, why introduce this with a 1200 watt motor? It will soon need to be changed to comply! |

Perhaps not. As the UK is exiting the EU, you don't have to comply. |

turbo brush is fine for most area rugs in the USA as well. Some are dense acrylic or wool, but the expensive Persian rugs or inexpensive nylon rugs by Milliken mills it is gentler on than an electric beater brush. |
