Perhaps there will be a second generation volt. If the new motor makes that much difference, I think it should be used in the volt as well, even if the run time is shorter. |

You do have the first .2 Volt power nozzle. Currently, they do not want to use the more powerful motor in the Volt due to the extremely high suction of some central vacs (like the SilentMaster S5 for example). The dealer can always do a retrofit of the new motor if the customer wants it, but it would work best with a Beam or other lower suction central vac.

Kind of makes you wonder if there is a performance difference. With the Freedom, that's the only motor in the system, so you would probably notice a difference, but when you have the suction of a central vacuum, or even a canister vacuum, I wonder if it makes much difference. |

what about a mini PN for vacing car ingeriors? My lux sidekick, rainbowmate or wessel werk heb160 dont do too good vacing car carpets |

I actually find the wessel-werk heb160 does really well on couches and matresses, I have not tried a side kick or power mate junior. Has anyone tried the volt with a couch or matress? |

So far have been using my Pimpted Volt with other vacuums-will try with my MD Silentmaster 15A 120V central vac. |
