I won this Hoover Quiet Performance Canister on eBay for $55 with Free Shipping. I like it so far except I have two gripes about it.
1. The hose doesn't swivel at the machine end.
2. The little multitool thing is dreadful and the little clip on the wand that holds it isn't much better.
It seems like it's well built other wise and is quiet for Hoover.
Comes to the Rescue!
