I need help with my Hoover 612, the fan is loose and the nut is tight, am I missing a spacer or spacers?
And what voltage does the bulb run off? |

The bulb runs off AU mains voltage - 220V/240V. You can still get small pilot lamps at hardware stores that will suit. 25W max SBC should do it. If old bulb is in machine, take it to the shop and look for similar. Good luck. Original bag looks great! |

Ah yes I forgot that the 612 belt is bigger. This said, in all my years repairing cleaners I swore that a Junior belt on a Senior and a Senior belt on a 612 style machine always worked better and without any damage. |

Yes, you need to hold the armature securely and unbolt the pulley by turning it clockwise. |

Don't know if they-re the same regarding this, but on my 825 the armature is slotted on the bottom for a flat screwdriver to hold it. |
