You got some nice machines there! Generous collectors are the best, knowing from experience Phillip rarely shows up here without a vac or two for his host! I had a Premier years ago that same color, but the power nozzle was a Filter Queen type...guess at one point they got a better deal from Douglas?

It was a really nice surprise to have a few guests come to my home. I'm glad that we had the Kan/Okla 100 mile yard sale/flea markets. That made it possible for us to all meet up. Thank you guys for following me home lol and thank you Kenny for taking a few of my duplicates. I apologize that my house was all under construction still but I warned you. My upright vacuum room is almost complete yay and the canister room will be finished within a month. Were there any pics taken in the mini meet room of us playing with vacuums on the wool shag? My phone was dead. Eventually I will have the bathrooms and the bedrooms finished in the mini meet portion of the house so you guys can stay for an official mini meet weekend

It was a great day. I had fun finding treasures along the 100 mile OK/KS yard sale with you all. Special thanks to Phillip for hosting and sharing his impressive collection. A shout out to Sean for my newly acquired 1960's Kenmore canister. Pics of it later to come.

I know Phillip just pulled many of the convertibles out of their storage boxes. That’s probably why some of the light bulbs are not working. The living room that most of the pictures were taken in is really neat! Phillip decorated the room with 60’s/70’s decor. I can’t wait to see everything when it’s all finished!

John, sadly most of my collection has been stored in boxes in climate controlled storage since about 2011 or 12. Many of them had not even received the spa treatment yet. I am in the middle of moving them all into the vacuum rooms. That living room I decided to designate as the mini meet room and I wanted everything 50's through 80's. The whole addition is 1140 square feet of vacuums and retro furniture and my library of books and vinyl albums. It's got 4 bedrooms that I'd like to eventually set up for mini meet guests to stay a whole weekend, bathroom, kitchenette/library, and the living room with authentic left over 1972 off white wool deep shag carpeting. It's not finished yet but getting there.
All the convertibles in that picture are just after being unboxed. I will start a post soon of progress. I'm so excited to share with the VCCC and Vacuumland for the first time some of the vacs I have.

I had just picked the Eureka up from a rummage sale a few days before on my way back to work. Only $10.00

Only 10.00? Wow. That Eureka must have sold for at least $200 in stores in the 1980's....maybe $300?
