Hi there, my name is Angela and I'm new here and I'm hoping someone can help me out. I have an old vacuum that I picked up a few years back at a garage sale and every time I search the Web it brings up Royal. Well the one I have is called a Regal. Regal model number 285. It is a great vacuum, after all these years it still works as well as a new one. If any one has any info on the Regal vacuum please fill me in.
Thank yall kindly,
Angela

I have, or had once upon a time, (not sure if I still have it) a "Regal" hand vac that was identical to the Royal hand vac with the black and red cloth bag and black handle, except that the Regal bag was dark blue and the handle was gray, with a matching belt cover plate.

The plate on the bottom says 'P.A. Geier Co.', which was the parent company of Royal back in the day.
